In a pan heat ghee then add hemp seeds and roast on low flame

When the seeds start splutter add milk & cook on low while stirring continuously.

When it gets ready then off the flame & add sugar mix well.Transfer this kheer in a bowl garnish with almonds, pistachios and rose petals.
