1 cupcooked rice
1/2 cupquinoa flour
1/2 cupbesan
Salt to taste
1/2 tspred chilli powder
1/4 tspturmeric
1/4 tsphing
1/2 tspcumin seeds
2 tspcoriander leaves
1/2 cupbuttermilk

Mix all ingredients add buttermilk, make a batter.

Spread little batter on non-stick tawa. On slow flame, with little oil and both the sides. Serve hot with green chutney.
