It’s one of my favourite tea-time snack. Tastes irresistibly delicious along with steaming hot ginger tea..
Quite easy to make, stays fresh and crisp in airtight container at room temperature for a month.
Steps

Mix salt, nigella seeds and 2 tsp oil to flour. Kneed to a smooth dough with hot water, adding little at a time. Cover the dough and let it rest half an hour.

Divide the dough into 5/6 equal portions. Roll into rotis and cut in your choice of shapes.

Heat oil, onrce very hot, reduce the flame. Fry the cut pieces in low medium flame, until crisp. It will get brownish colour.

Serve as snacks along with your evening tea and filter coffee.
