Ham Egg Cheese Triple
Hearty sandwich for second breakfast.
Cooking Instructions

Toast the bread. Dice the ham. Melt the butter in a pan big enough to hold 8 eggs.

Beat the eggs. Add the diced ham to the pan and Sauté till just browned. When just browned pour in the eggs.

Cook till the eggs are almost done add the cheese. Allow to melt. Add the mayonnaise to the toasted bread.

Add the ham egg and cheese to the bread. Now I made 2 sandwiches, my dad just wanted toast on the side with his ham eggs and cheese.
