🌸METHOD:
🌻Pizza Dough:
In a small bowl, mix sugar,yeast with the warm water cover and wait 5-10 minutes for the water to foam.Place flour, dry milk powder and salt in another large bowl mix well then add oil, vinegar & egg
Add the yeast mixture and mix well until well combined.
Now add the water and knead well till you get a soft ball of dough. - 2
Cover the bowl with a cloth or a plastic wrap and keep in a warm place for 1 hour or until the dough is risen and volume is doubled.

🌻Make Pizza :
Once it has doubled, turn the dough onto a well floured surface, pat down and divide into 2 balls.Preheat oven at 195°C.
Roll dough into round shape like chapattis.
Transfer to a Pizza pans or baking sheets.
Spread Pizza sauce or your favourite Sauce evenly. Top with shredded lamb and all topping ingredients. - 4
Sprinkle cheddar and Mozzarella cheese.
Bake, in the preheated oven, for 10 minutes or until the crust turn brown and cheese melts.
Remove the pizza pans from the oven.serve hot ♨️.
