Steps
- 1
Thoroughly rinse the potatoes in water and drain in a sieve.
- 2
Coat the pressure cooker with oil, add the potatoes, and saute. Once they are coated in oil, add in the ◆ ingredients. Miso is difficult to dissolve, so make sure to dissolve it properly.
- 3
Add a drop lid in the pot, cover with a lid and bring to medium heat. After the pressure cooker pin has risen and has pressurized, reduce to low heat, and cook for 5 minutes.
- 4
Turn off the heat. Once the pressure has dropped, remove the lid, and boil it down over high heat to thicken. It's done . Arrange on a plate, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
