In a cooker, add potatoes for boiling

Add water and salt in cooker

Boil it at medium flame until 4-5 whistles

Cool it down and peel the skin of potatoes

And once cool down, mash them properly

In a pan add 2 tb oil and add 1/2 tb of cumin seeds & rai in it

Add 1 tb of Aloo masala (I have used sunfairy Aloo masala)

Mix it well and add mashed potatoes

Cook for 3-5 min at low flame

Off the flame and add 1 tb of oregano and chilli flakes each

Aloo masala is ready

Take 2 slices of bread

On 1 slice put cheese slice and on other apply Aloo masala

Put the slices in sandwhich maker

Ready to serve
