After peeling the potatoes cut each into half & par boil just for 2-3 min.

Prepare cornflour liquid mixing with water dip potatoes.Heat oil in a kadai add potatoes & fry.

When it turns little brown add salt,red chilli & turmeric powder combine well.

Then add saunf powder,garam masala powder and mix.Now pour curd while stirring continuously on high flame 🔥

After this add malai,mix and cook on low flame

Pour kasoori methi.Cook on low flame if required add half katori water& cook till oil comes out of this masala gravy.

Masala baby potatoes are ready.Transfer this to a serving dish garnish with some more Kasoori methi and serve with Naan or chapati and enjoy 😋
