Guava (amrood)ki khatti meethi sabji

1st of all guavas wash.. and cut the guavas in small peices

Now take a pan heat it slow flame and add oil and heat then add cumin seeds roasted and add turmeric powder and red chilli add guava's pieces and some water and salt....and covered it with sim flame.

After 3-4 mins stir it and cheak the guaves aur soft then add sugar, jaggery and all spices mix it well.cook still become thick.

And last add green coriander leaves. Served with rice roti.
