Japanese-style Tarako Pasta using Shirataki Noodles

Konyaku (shirataki) has no calories, so it makes for a great diet food, and is an excellent substitute for pasta.
You can eat the tarako thoroughly cooked or raw. I don't like raw tarako, so I cook it until it becomes firm. Recipe by Mayo

Boil the shirataki noodles for 2~3 minutes to remove any astringent taste. Transfer into a sieve and drain the noodles well.
- 2
Place the noodles into a pan, stir until the noodles are thoroughly dried. Add sesame oil and continue to cook.
- 3
Add tarako and soy sauce to the pan. Cook a little longer, and you are done.
