  • slicesGinger and garlic
  • Pinchsalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and trim kailan.Separate the stalks and leaves.

  2. 2

    Heat pan and add oil.Stir fry ginger and garlic until aromatic.

  3. 3

    Then add the stalk first saute a minute then add the leaves.Season with salt.

  4. 4

    Keep mixing until half cooked.
