Ingredients

4 servings
  • 2/3 cupPistachio nuts
  • 1 poundpole beans
  • 2/3 stickbutter
  • 1 teaspoonsalt
  • 2 tablespoonsextra Virgin olive oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat pan with oil and butter. To it add washed pole beans, broken up a bit.

    Sauté for 7 minutes and add salt

    Stir and cook 3 minutes add pistachios. Cover and simmer 10 minutes.

    Cook for 20 minutes after stirring.

    Serve I hope you enjoy!
