In a pan add oil and roast groundut till brown and split grams.

Now in a large pan, add oil, curry leaves, red chillies dried, coconut grated. ADD poha and roast it for 5 to 10 mts

Now in a bowl prepare the spice mixture. After the poha smells and roasted, add nuts and gram and spice mixture

Mix well. And cook for 2-3mts. Cool and serve. Or store in Airtight container
