Peel off skin of pumpkin,wash and chopped.

Boil water in the steamer and steam until cook.But not too soft.

Sautee garlic and onion until soft.Then the pork.Cook until soft.

Place pumpkin in a plate then pour cooked minced pork on top.

Sprinkle chopped spring onion.
