I love pumpkin! Salad, Nimono (stew), Fry, Boil... and the next recipe is Soup! This recipe is very easy. You don't need a mixer. According to your taste, you can thicken the soup with flour. Or add more milk. Put in a small amount of soy sauce to enrich the taste.

Ingredients

  1. 500 gkabocha pumpkin
  2. 400~450 mlmilk
  3. 1 tbspbutter
  4. 1bouillon cube (soup stock)
  5. 1 tspsoy sauce
  6. salt and pepper
  7. ※ 1 tbsp flour (if you need)

Cooking Instructions

    Scoop out the pumpkin seeds and cut into bite sized pieces. Peel the skin. Microwave them for 5~7 mins (until soften).

    Put pumpkin into the pot, mash and stir well with whisk until smooth.

    Pour the milk into the pot little by little. Heat the soup over low heat, not boil it. Add butter, bouillon cube, soy sauce, salt and pepper and stir to combine.
