Cornmeal Dosa With Special Chutney

In a bowl add corn meal, wheat flour & a little water & mix until the lumps are gone, make a batter of thin running consistency.

Add cumin seeds, salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, chopped green chilli, turmeric powder, green coriander.

Mix everything well, the batter will be ready. Cover it & keep it for 15 to 20 minutes.

Take roasted peanuts, roasted chana dal, salt, green chilli, ginger, coriander leaves, lemon juice & 4 tbsp water in a mixer jar. Grind them, add some water, Chutney will be ready.

Heat oil in a tadka pan, put mustard seeds in hot oil & let it crackle. Put dry red chilli, curry leaves & turn off flame. Put the tadka on the chutney, mix, the tadka chutney is ready.

Heat oil in a non-stick pan add mustard seeds, let it crackle. Add cumin seeds, curry leaves, fry it lightly. Add chopped green chilli, green peas, mix it then add 2 tbsp water, cover the pan cook for 2 minutes. Add boiled mashed potatoes, coriander powder, red chilli powder, amchur powder, mix it well. Fry them for 2 minutes, stuffing will be ready.

Heat the non-stick pan/tawa, grease with little oil. When tawa/pan is hot enough, pour the batter, spread evenly. After spreading the dosa, put some oil around the dosa by raising the flame to medium high.

Roast till it turns golden brown from below, flip it and cook it a little from the other side.

Turn it back, then put some stuffing on it and fold the dosa and take it off.

Crunchy Cornmeal Dosa is ready, serve hot with special chutney & enjoy the taste.
