Wash the bettle leaves, in a bowl cut the 4 betal leaves with sizer,add khadisakhar fannel seeds,,seasame seeds,ajwaien,gulkhand

Grind all these ingredients in a mixer,not so fine, now add desicated coconut you can also add cherries

Remove the seeds from dates

Now add above mixture in the middle of the dates
- 5
Your mukhvas is ready to eat.arrange this dates in the middle of betal leaf and eat after lunch or dinner
