  • 1 cupurad dal

  • 1/2lit curd

  • 1/2 cupamul fresh cream
  • 1/2 cupamul fresh cream
  • 1/4 cuppomegranate

Steps

    Soak urad dal for minimum 2hrs or more

    Drain all the water

    Now make a smooth paste in a grinder and 1/2 tsp dat

  4. 4

    Heat oil for frying

    Make a round pakoda shape with a spoon and deep fry till golden brown

  6. 6

    Transfer hot pakoda in buttermilk

  7. 7

    Soak for 1/2 an hr then press and remove all the buttermilk and keep the dry pakoda or bonda aside

    Now whisk the curd,add sugar,salt,add fresh cream

    Now take a serving dish

    Place 3bondas,pour Creamy curd

  11. 11

    Sprinkle seasoning, serve cold
