Soak urad dal for minimum 2hrs or more

Drain all the water

Now make a smooth paste in a grinder and 1/2 tsp dat

Heat oil for frying

Make a round pakoda shape with a spoon and deep fry till golden brown

Transfer hot pakoda in buttermilk
