Tomato carrot soup

Wash and cut carrots and tomatoes.

Add water to it. Cook well and cool down completely. Separate water in which carrots are cooked.

Now in mixer jar add cooked carrots and tomatoes, add salt, pepper powder, red chilli powder. Blend it to puree

Take out in vessel, add vegetable broth to it. In same mixer jar add fresh cream. Blend it well. Now cook soup for 5 minutes on medium heat.

Add fresh cream and switch off the flame. Add croutons and a dollop of amul butter, garnish with mint leaves and cream. Serve hot. Enjoy delicious soup
