Coffee Custard Pudding

Start by heating 1.5 cups of milk with 4 tbsp sugar. To another half a cup of milk, add custard powder and mix well.

Add the custard milk to heating milk, add the vanilla essence and stir.

Cook for 2-3 minutes and let it cool down. Transfer to a bowl and set into the refrigerator for 2 hours

For the second layer, add coffee powder to 1 cup milk. You can also add some chocolate compound.

Now in a plating bowl, add some cookie crust first. Then add the set custard and then add the coffee.

Let it set overnight. Garnish with some more cookie pieces and serve ✨
