Ingredients

1/4 cupsoy sauce
1 tbspbrown sugar
1/4 cupapple or pear juice
1 tspminced ginger
1 clovegarlic (minced)
2 tspsesame oil
1 tspsesame seeds
1green onion chopped

Steps

Heat all ingredients besides the sesame oil, sesame seeds and green onions in a saucepan. Cook for about 2-3 minutes and then add the remaining ingredients and stir. Let simmer for a minute and then take off heat and add to browned beef in the Beef Bulgogi Bowl Recipe.
