Soak gram dal for 2 hours

Grind coarsely along with fennel seed

Transfer in a bowl, add salt, 1/2 portion coriander leaves, 1tsp oil, mix and keep

Take a microwave proof plate, apply oil, and spread the ground dal mix and cook in microwave for 3+3 min

Once cool, just crush by hand loosely

Keep a pan, add oil, add cinnamon stick, clove, curry leaves and fry for a min, now add onion, tomato, ginger garlic paste, garam masala, green chilli, chilli powder and saute until soft

Now add, dal mix, saute for a while, add water salt, cover and cook in low flame until get the desire consistency, add ghee and remaining coriander leaves

Serve hot with Dosa, iddly, roti and enjoy the combination
