Cooking Instructions

Cut the daikon radish into slices of your desired size.

Combine the daikon radish, shio-kombu, and lemon juice in a plastic bag and work in the ingredients by massaging the bag from the outside.

Let it sit a while, then it's ready. It's almost too easy!
