Ingredients

3 servings
  • 200 mlPeanuts (fresh, with shells)
  • 4Chili pepper (dried)
  • 2 cloveGarlic (fresh, peeled)
  • 1 tspCumin seeds
  • 1Salt
  • 1 tbsp*Oil
  • 2*Red chili pepper
  • 1/4 tsp*Mustard seeds
  • 1/4 tsp*Cumin seeds

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook the peanuts and chili peppers in a frying pan. You can cook them with oil if you want. Once they become fragrant, they're done.

    Place the peanuts, garlic, cumin seeds, salt, and water into a blender and blend until smooth.

    You'll probably need more water than you think. Once it becomes thick and creamy, it's done.

    Here is a variation: Heat the * ingredients in a frying pan. Add the chutney.

    It's a delicious chutney.
