Cannolicchi Pasta are a type of tight twists of Italian Pasta that are made to resemble the Razor Clams living in Adriatic Sea. It holds it's beautiful shape while cooking and is absolutely perfect on any day. These go really well with some Seafood likes Mussels, Clams, Shell fish etc.
But here iam sharing this beautiful looking creamy and luscious dish made with Fresh Cream and Veggies like Broccoli and Bok Choy.
It's not only healthy and beautiful, it is indeed a delicious one. Everyone will love it for Dinner or even as a lovely option for Brunch on a weekend or a lazy holiday.
Vegetable or Non-vegetable both type of yummy dishes with this tube shaped Pasta are a treat to our tastebuds. Cheese also is a great option. Try this with the Veggies of your choice and relish it's superb taste and texture.

Steps

Boil pasta al dente with little salt. Drain and keep aside.
Meanwhile heat olive oil in a Kadai. Saute garlic and chopped onions. Next is to add the onions. After they are translucent and done, follow it up with bok choy and later with broccoli. - 2
Add the rest of the ingredients or the powdered spices as well. Saute on a low heat. Do not let them be too soft. The veggies should retain their crunch. Now add fresh cream and the chopped coriander or parsley leaves. Saute for a minute or two. Adjust salt and Pepper at this stage.

And then finally add in the cannolicchi pasta. Stir it lightly. Toss everything gently and add more of cream if required. That's it. As simple as that. Delicious and absolutely gorgeous. It's all ready to dig in.
