This is purely just Tulsi Leaves and a little of Palm Jaggery for the sweetness. That's all. Nothing much required. It's an absolute winner hands down. It also helps boost our metabolism and therefore helps in weight loss too. It's a great stress buster. It's a best friend for our immune system and heart. Drinking this herbal concoction on a daily basis can help detoxify our bodies and reduce Uric acid levels.
People with type 2 Diabetes and those suffering from Hypothyroidism should avoid it. Pregnant ladies and those undergoing any surgery must also avoid it. Otherwise it's absolutely safe and beneficial for all. It's a miracle Tea or Concoction in general.
