Preheat oven to 400F and line a baking sheet with foil.

Arrange salmon fillets on the baking sheet and season with salt and pepper.

Stir together olive oil, garlic, Italian herbs, and juice of half lemon.

Spoon the marinade over the salmon, ensuring to coat the sides also.

Bake for 15 minutes or till salmon is opaque and flaky.

Broil for 2 minutes.
