Ingredients

45 minutes
3 serving
  • 1 cupbesan
  • 1/2 cupragi flour
  • 2 tspoats powder
  • 1chopped onion
  • 2 tspchilli ginger pasta
  • leavesCoriander
  • Pinchhing
  • As required salt
  • As required water
  • 1/2 cupgrated carrot
  • 1/2 tspcumin seeds

Steps

45 minutes
  1. 1

    In a bowl add all flour and water gradually to prepare a batter keep aside for 15 minutes. Add all other ingredients and mix well.

    In a hot pan spread the batter and apply oil and let it cook till brown in colour.

    Your Ragi and besan chilla is ready. Serve it with green chutney
