Soak the Dalia and roasted moong dal for half an hour. Chop the veggies of your choice.

Add 2 tsp ghee to cooker, crackle with cumin seeds. Add the veggies and fry for 1/2 minutes, followed by the Dalia and dal, salt.

Pour in 3 cups of water, cook in medium heat for 3 whistles. Let it sit until the pressure releases before serving.
