Collect all the ingredients and add fenugreek powder in a container and leave it to ferment for two to three days.. Now add ghee and fry the gum.. wheat flour, roast it.. after roasting a little add urad flour. And roast..

Now when it is roasted properly, add all the spices and roast it.. Now grind the nutmeg and add it.. and add sugar powder and jaggery powder and mix well. Now add ghee to the plate and spread the mixture..

Now sprinkle the chopped cashew nuts on top and cut them.. When it cools down take it out and serve..
