Take all the needed ingredients.

Wash poha and soak around 20mts. After that strain the water and let it try for sometime.

In the mean time,dry Roast gram flour for 3mts and sift.

In a bowl,Now add the soaked poha, mash it. Also add gram flour and all the other ingredients,mix well. Check salt level.

Rub oil on the hand and take some batter and roll it as cylindrical shape.

Now in a hot pan,add oil and shallow fry or deep fry it. Dip it in sauce and have a cup of coffee.

That's all. Crispy and tasty poha sticks are ready.
