Ingredients

  1. 1 cup flour
  2. 1/2 cup milkmaid
  3. 2 tablespoon of butter
  4. 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  5. 2 tablespoon of cocoa powder
  6. 1/2 tsp baking powder
  7. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  8. 1/4 cup milk
  9. 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
  10. For Chocolate Ganache
  11. 30 gmHershey's chocolate
  12. 3 tbspmilk

Cooking Instructions

    Crush 30 gm of hershey's chocolate with knife and put it in a glass bowl. Add 3 tbsp of milk. Microwave this mixture till chocolate gets melt and mixture becomes creamy shiny. We will get this as chocolate Ganache.

    In a mixing bowl add milkmaid, butter and powdered sugar and mix well. Then sift the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and baking soda three times through a sieve. Now add this mixture to the bowl of milkmaid and mix well.

    Then add milk and vanilla essence as required. The consistency should be such that the mixture falls in a single line from the spoon. Pour the mixture into the cup cake mold to fill 3/4 cup. Tap the cup lightly. Preheat the oven for 5 minutes. Bake the cupcakes at 180⁰c for 25 to 30 minutes by placing the molds of the prepared cupcakes in it.

    Let it cool down.

    Once the cupcakes have cooled completely, decorate with chocolate ganache and sprinkles, chocolate shavings, chocochips.
