Ingredients

  1. 1/4 cupBroad bean and broad bean seeds
  2. 1/2 cupBroad bean leaves
  3. 1 Brinjal
  4. 2 tbspOil
  5. 1 tspGarlic
  6. 1/4 tspMustard seed
  7. 1/4 tspCumin
  8. 1/4 tspTurmeric
  9. 1 tspRed chilli powder
  10. 1/2 tspCumin Coriander powder
  11. Salt as per taste
  12. Water as required
  13. 2 tspTuver dana

Cooking Instructions

    In cooker add oil and once it get hot, then chopped garlic, add mustard seed, cumin seed

  2. 2

    Then add all the sabji like broad bean, broadbean leaves, tuver dana and brinjal. Add all basic masala and salt as per taste.

    Then add water, cook it upto 2 whistle.

    Broad bean with brinjal sabji is ready to serve!!!
