First prepare a semi hard dough of wheat flour, cumin seeds, red chilli powder, salt,black pepper,,some chopped fenugreek leaves, hing, one spoon oil and water as per need.

Then take another bowl and grate 200 gm paneer and two pieces cheese cubes.Then add red chilli powder, maggi masala, salt,some chopped coriander leaves, chutney of chilli,garlic and mixed it nicely.

Then heat the kadhai with two cup of oil.
Then take a one small piece of dough, according to poori then pour two spoon stuffing of paneer cheese then close it nicely and spread it. - 4
Frying upto golden brown in colour. Make it all as similar.

Serve 🔥 hot with tea or green chutney.😘
