Hi guys, I just made a tiramisu recipe. It’s a low-fat recipe and it’s so easy to make. I used cream cheese instead of mascarpone cheese which the traditional tiramisu recipe would use. Also, I add yogurt in this recipe to replace whipped cream so that it’s less fat, but it’s taste surprisingly fresh. And it’s so smooth. This recipe divided into 3 part : 1️⃣ Matcha sponge cake🍰(you can use ladyfingers instead of making cake) 2️⃣ tiramisu cream🍦3️⃣ Matcha syrup🍵

Ingredients

  1. 2egg yolk🍰
  2. 15 gmilk🍰
  3. 10 gvegetable oil🍰
  4. 8 gmatcha powder🍰
  5. 2egg white🍰
  6. 30 gsugar🍰
  7. 35 gcake flour🍰
  8. 250 gcream cheese🍦
  9. 2egg yolk🍦
  10. 20-30 gsugar (depends on your sweetness of the Greek yogurt)🍦
  11. 50 gmilk🍦
  12. 150 gGreek yogurt🍦
  13. 15 ghot water🍦
  14. 3 ggelatin powder🍦
  15. 120 gHot water🍵
  16. 12 gsugar🍵
  17. 4 gmatcha powder🍵

Steps

    Mix the yolk, milk, oil and matcha powder together

    Beat the egg white with the sugars until it’s stiff

  3. 3

    Mix the yolk mixture and egg whites together until they’re well combined

  4. 4

    Add the flour, fold them until they’re well combined

  5. 5

    Bake in 160 °C for 20 minutes 🔥(duration of baking depends on the oven)

  6. 6

    Let’s make the cream part 😜🍦, soften the cream cheese, then mix the egg yolk, milk and sugar well, and cook them in low heat (keep stirring while cooking until it gets a bit thick)

    Pour the mixture into the cream cheese and mix them with a silicone spatula until they’re creamy

    Add the yogurt and mix them well

  9. 9

    Mix the gelatin powder with 15g hot water (about 80 ° C), then pour them into the cream mixture and mix them well

  10. 10

    Let’s move on to the syrup part 🍵, blend the water, sugar, green tea powder until there’s no lumps

  11. 11

    Dip the half of the cake slices into the syrup, then put it on the bottom of a box, then spread half of the tiramisu cream onto the cake in one even layer, repeat with the remaining. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours❄️

    Dust with matcha powder
