Simple Mochi and Tuna Doria with Mayo Miso Sauce

I really liked the mayo miso sauce from another user's recipe so I baked this for my children.
The mayo and miso sauce melt dissolve easily so make sure to chill the veggies properly so it doesn't melt. Add just enough sauce because it's well seasoned and you don't want to go overboard. For 2 servings. Recipe by Ikkun mama n

Cooking Instructions
- 1
In a frying pan, heat some olive oil (not listed) if you prefer and add the veggies. Gently stir fry and then let cool.
- 2
Combine all the ingredients marked "○" to make the sauce.
- 3
Take the cooled veggies, the tuna with a bit of the oil still in it, and the mayo and miso sauce, combine and mix well.
- 4
Put the rice on a heat-resistant plate and assemble the mochi on top. I cut the mochi in half lengthwise and then chopped them up because it's easier to cook that way.
- 5
Once the mochi is on top, microwave them for 20 seconds. Add the mayo and miso sauce mixture on top.
- 6
Sprinkle cheese on top of the sauce till you can't see it.
- 7
Bake them in a oven for five minutes and when they turn golden brown, they are done.
- 8
This one is freshly baked.

Warm Deep-Fried Mochi with Thick Ankake Sauce Warm Deep-Fried Mochi with Thick Ankake Sauce
Since I'm a mochi lover, I was so thrilled when this was served at dinner. At my insistence, my mom served it one more time, but that was it. When I asked why, she said it was too troublesome to deep fry. Then I recalled that she didn't like preparing foods that were deep-fried since it would make a mess. So, now that I'm married, I make these to my heart's content!Coating the crisp mochi in thick sauce tastes great, but it's also super tasty if you let the mochi absorb the sauce! But be careful not to let it sit for too long, or the oil will mix with the ankake sauce and affect the flavor. Delicious Tofu with Umeboshi Mayo Sauce Delicious Tofu with Umeboshi Mayo Sauce
Drain excess water from the tofu first, cut into small pieces, then mix with the dressing. It prevents the dish from being watery. It also helps to improve the dish's appearance, and makes the dish absorb the flavor better.Use your preferred amount of umeboshi. You can just top the mixed seasoning on the chilled tofu, instead of mixing it all together. You can make many variations by using nori-seaweed tsukudani (simmered in soy sauce), kimchi, spicy salted cod roe, takana pickles, shibazuke (pickled vegetables in salt and shiso leaves), nametake mushrooms, tuna and soy sauce, etc... as a dressing. It's also delicious to sprinkle garnishes, such as sesame seeds. Recipe by Hironozomiyuuma cookpad.japan -
