Soak chickpeas overnight.

Next day,boil chickpeas till tender.

Chop all the vegetables.

Heat oil in a pan.

Fry cumin till light brown.

Add in salt,chickpeas,chana masala and tamarind.

Mix everything well and cook for 5 minutes.

Throw in vegetables.

Mix well and serve straight away.
