Ingredients

  • 1 cupjowar flour
  • 1/2 cupwhole wheat flour
  • 1/4 cupgramflour
  • 1/4 cuprice flour
  • 1medium size onion chopped
  • 1small carrot peeled and grated
  • 1 inchginger grated
  • 1green chilly chopped
  • leavesSome chopped curry
  • Green coriander leaves chopped
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1/2tspoon termeric powder
  • 1tspoon red chilly powder
  • 1/2tspoon cumin seeds
  • 1/2tspoon carrom seeds
  • 1tspoon white sesame seeds
  • 4 glasseswater
  • Oil for greasing and drizzling

  1. 1

    Get ready with all flours
    Take a mixing bowl add all flours add rice flour mix well

    Now add all chopped veggies or ingredents add grated carrots and ginger add sesame seeds carrom seeds salt

    Add all dry spices powder. Mix everything well together.
    Now add water make thin batter like buttermilk contency batter

    Heat up tawa spread little oil on stir before pouring pour a ladleful batter evenly on tava drizzle some oil flip and roast both sides till golden in colur and crispy

    Your healthy quick easy dosa is ready to serve.
    Serve hot or warm with sauce chutnyes.
