Today I have made a tasty delicious masala paratha with rice flour and palak. It's very easy simple and quick recipe but so tasty. It's goes to any gravy.

Today I have made a tasty delicious masala paratha with rice flour and palak. It's very easy simple and quick recipe but so tasty. It's goes to any gravy.

In a pot blanched palak in boiling water for 3-4 minutes Remove and transfer immediately into the ice water then strain and squeeze.

Take a grinder jar add strain and squeeze palak, ginger pieces, green chilli and grind it into a smooth paste. Palak puree is ready. Keep aside.

Bring 1 bowl water to a boil in a kadai add salt, oil, and palak puree, let them boil.

Once boil the water then add rice flour and mix it properly, cover and steam on low heat for 3-4 minutes. Then turn off the flame.

When slightly cool down then transfer the dough into another vessel. Knead the dough till into a smooth and soft dough formed. Divide the dough in equal portions and shape each portion into a ball. And roll it with dry rice flour into a round paratha.

Heat a tawa place the parath on it and cook one side for 2-3 minutes, flip it and cook another side till golden brown then spread ghee and fry on both sides nicely.

Rice flour and palak paratha is ready.

Hot paratha serve with any gravy.
