Ingredients

30 minute
6-7 people
  • 2 cupleftover rice
  • Half cup semolina
  • Half cup gram flour
  • 1carrot
  • 250 gmbottle gourd
  • 2-3green chilli
  • 2 inchginger
  • 1/4 teaspoonturmeric powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoonred chilli powder
  • 2 tbspoil
  • 1 teaspoonRai

Steps

  1. 1

    Firstly grate the carrot and bottle gourd.Then Mash the leftover rice with hand.

    Then grind ginger and green chilli coarsely.

    Then mix rice with carrot,bottle gourd,ginger - chilli paste and add all spices and gram flour and semolina.

    Then put the steamer on gas grease it with oil and make oval make shape ball and put it on plate..Steam it for 10-15 minutes or till it gets cooked.

    When it gets cooked take it out in one bowl and keep it to cool. Then cut it into pieces.

    Now take a wok add 2tbsp oil add rai in it and add all the muthiya,saute it till it gets golden in colour. Ready to serve with chutney or sauce.
