Roast sesame seeds till spultter.After cooling coarsely grind in the mixer.

In a heavy bottom pan add jaggery and 1 tablespoon water and ghee.

Cook till jaggery melts and bubble comes.Turn off the gas.Mix sesame powder in jaggery syrup.Add cardamom powder.

Grease burfi tray with ghee add this mixture and spread evenly.Cut into burfi shape.
