Assemble ingredients, make paste of tomato and keep aside.

In moderately heated pan add oil, add cumin seeds + bay leaf and allow to crackle, then add onion and sauté till onion turns translucent, then add ginger garlic paste + green chilli and and sauté for 2-3 minutes till rawness goes off.

Add tomato paste and sauté for few seconds, then add all spices + salt and stir fry till spices leaves oil and turns aromatic.
Add boiled green peas + water and cook for 4-5 minutes. Chopped coriander leaves can be added at this stage. - 4
Now green peas curry is ready.

Mix maida + salt + oil + water and knead well. A soft dough is required.

Take small small size balls from dough and make round flat puris with help of board and rolling pin.

Now deep fry in heated oil one by one, each Puri will puff up, flip the other side and fry well.

Puri is done, follow same process with rest of the dough.
