Ingredients

  1. 1 packageegg noodles
  2. 5eggs
  3. 2 tablespoonsbutter
  4. 6 tablespoonscream
  5. 3/4 teaspoonsalt
  6. to taste Pepper
  7. 1/2 cupgreen pepper,chopped
  8. 1/3 cupred pepper,chopped

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Parboil noodles in boiling salted water, about 7 minutes. Drain beat egg yolks add noodles,butter cream seasoning,green pepper and red pepper. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Turn into buttered mold,set in pan hot water,bake about 30 minutes @350. Use creamed fish,chicken or mushrooms in center of mold.
