Ingredients

25-30 minutes
6 servings
  • 2-3 cupsshredded rotisserie chicken
  • 15 ozjar HEB Creamy Pablano Pasta sauce
  • 4 ozSharp white cheddar cheese shredded
  • 8 ouncesColby Jack cheese - shredded
  • 1 cupchopped spinach
  • 1/2-2/3 cupRoasted pablano or hatch chilis - chopped
  • Salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and chili powder to taste
  • Oven ready lasagna noodles

Steps

25-30 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat oven to 350°

  2. 2

    Mix all ingredients in bowl (save enough of Colby Jack cheese to spread on top)

  3. 3

    Grease bottom of 9x13 casserole dish

  4. 4

    Spread thin layer of mixture on bottom of dish to prevent noodles from sticking

  5. 5

    Add layer of uncooked oven ready lasagna noodles (not touching)

  6. 6

    Spread half of remaining mixture, then repeat 1 more layer

  7. 7

    Top with remaining cheese and cover with foil.

  8. 8

    Bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes. May need to remove foil about 10 before to brown cheese.
