Ingredients

30 minutes
1 serving
  1. 4eggs
  2. dried and fresh herbs and spices of your choice like oregano, basil, cilantro, cumin, dill, parsley
  3. salt and black pepper to taste
  4. store bought Ajvar (grilled vegetable cream)
  5. handfulblack olives
  6. little vegetable oil
  7. halfcauliflower
  8. little zucchini or any leftover veggies like carrots, etc
  9. 100 gmarinated tofu (i used curry marinade type)
  10. vegan "cheese" or vegan "sour cream" for additional topping

Cooking Instructions

    Make the egg mixture by mixing in grated cauliflower (i used cheese grater), grated zucchini, grated tofu and adding the herbs, spices, salt, pepper and black olives that you chopped into small pieces

  2. 2

    Line a baking pan with parchment paper and oil it a bit, then place your mixture in a circular pizza shape on it. The mixture should be not too runny, something like a creamy texture. Put it in the oven for 15-20 minutes on 200 degrees celsius

    Garnish with Ajvar, and vegan cheese
