Steps

Wash and soak the whole moong for 5 hours or whole night and cook till soft (retain the shape). Wash and soak basmati rice for 20 min. and cook till soft.

Grind to paste with the ingredients, cut cabbage, beans and chilli.

Heat oil add jeera and whole spices saute for a while then add cabbage,beans, chilli green moong and fry for a few minutes,add paste and cook a while.

Add cooked rice and salt and mix everything well cover cook for a while.

Cabbage Moong Rice is ready to serve/ enjoy.
