This is a simple Vegetarian dish made with Broccoli, fresh Red Chillies and Garlic mince along with a few spices used in everyday cooking.
We usually love this for Breakfast but it can very well be served at any of the three important meals of the day.
Since it's a dry one, it goes absolutely well alongside any of the Indian Bread. Nevertheless it can also be used as a dry Sabzi with Daal or Kadhi and some fluffy, hot and simple boiled Rice too. You will definitely love it. For me it's a comfort meal on any given day. It can also be enjoyed for a good Snacking or even a worthwhile Brunch.
And not only that, it's a delicious one as well and will be loved by all for many reasons. This super yummy Vegetable is such a wonderful option for everyday cooking. It makes a lovely combination with many a different Vegetables that are equally delightful. Relish this lovely dish with a homemade meal.
