Chia Seed Overnight Bowl without Sugar

Take chia seeds in a Mason jar. If you do not have Mason jar, you may put milk in a bowl /cup or in a glass. I've put the milk in a serving glass.

Pour milk over chia seeds.

Cover glass with a piece of alluminium foil and refrigerate over night.

Next morning the seeds are soaked well.

Remove seeds from dates.

Chopp dates.

Add to milk and mix well.

Chopped almonds and cashew nuts.

Add to glass.

Garnish with pistachio flakes.

Chia seeds over night bowl without sugar is ready to serve.
