  • Bulgar
  • Fresh parsley
  • Tomatoes
  • Cucumber
  • Red onions
  • Lemon / Lime
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Olive oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak the bulgar for 5-10 mins

  2. 2

    Finely chop the washed parsley, tomatoes, cucumbers and red onions

  3. 3

    Add this in a serving bowl, with the drained bulgar

  4. 4

    Season with salt & pepper, olive oil and some lemon/lime
