Steps

Take a big vessel add black rice and clean with plain water many times. Drain out the water completely. Fry the rice for five minutes in low flame.

Take a mixie jar add the fried black rice, seedless dates, brown sugar, and milk, grind into a fine paste.

Keep a kadai in low flame, add ghee,let it heat, then add the nuts,fry till golden colour.

In same pan add the grinded rice paste,mix well.

Slowly it will start babbling, add little ghee, give continuous mix.

Then halwa becomes thick,it leaves the edges,remove the halwa, transfer to a serving bowl, Sprinkle some nuts.
